Registration to the Conference is now open. Participants are requested to register in advance.

Registration fees include:
-Access to all scientific sessions & the Exhibition

*a Proof of status that you are a registered Trainee Anaesthetist is required (a proof of status is an official letter written in English by the Head of Department on official letterhead). Letter can be delivered to the registration desk on day of congress or send it via email.

Workshop Registration

Your registration includes your participation in the workshops. In order to register in the workshops, you first need to have a full registration in the Conference. Please check how to register in the Conference below.

Method & Terms of payment:

On line registrations should be made through the Conference Online system and the payment is made by Credit Card only (MASTERCARD and VISA are accepted). The currency used is US Dollar only.

Confirmation of participation:

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter. Participants are kindly requested to present the confirmation letter upon check-in at the Registration Desk, operating onsite the venue during the Conference.

Cancellation policy:
For every written cancellation received:

Until 14 October, 2018: a handling fee of 50 USD will be charged
From 15 October – 13 December, 2018: 50% cancellation fees apply
From 14 December, 2018 onwards: 100% cancellation fees apply

Cancellation of registration should be sent in writing to the Conference Organizing Bureau. All refunds will be made after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and identification

Registration badges will be used during the Conference. Participants will receive their badges upon their check-in at the Registrations Desk during the Meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to Meeting areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of invitation

Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Conference may address the Conference Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees)

Currency

All Meeting fees are calculated in USD ($). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are kindly requested to inform the Conference Secretariat, in order to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
